Buying a home is exciting. HUD homes are Government owned homes. New HUD homes;come available every Thursday. The first bid deadline is Tuesday evening after the Thursday that they come available (June 1st). The best homes will sell within the first bid period. So ~ once you get the list please drive by the homes you think would be good, and then call me to see the ones you are interested in biding on. There are 3-20 other bids on some of the best homes. And the winning bid can be upwards of $5,000-$15,000 over what they are asking.Most need carpet & paint. Some are perfect. Some are terrible. Be prepared for anything. All sales are AS-IS. I love to sell HUDS because I know if you buy a HUD you will have $10,000~$30,000 in instant equity.
